Tasting Themes & Ideas
- “Everyone’s Favorites” we'll taste wines such as Pinot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and/or Sauvignon Blanc
- “A Step Outside Your Comfort Zone” this tasting can include wines that you may have heard of but don’t usually purchase because you don’t know much about them. These wines can include: Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, Grüner Veltliner, Albariño, Gamay, Viognier, Mourvèdre, and more.
- “Weird Wines” can include hard to find wines made in unique ways by fantastic producers. These wines can include carbonicly fermented wines, sparkling wines NOT made like Champagne, and skin fermented white wines. This bundle will re-excite your palate and allow you to step outside your boundaries from what you normally drink. It helps to explore these weird wines with a professional so you can come to understand why certain wines taste the way they do, which will help you enjoy and appreciate them!
- “Wine Cocktail Making Class” - This guided class is more hands-on and will include all the ingredients to make 2-3 wine/beer based cocktails! These cocktails can include Aperol Spritzes, mimosas, shandys, mulled wine, sangria, and more.
