Our Process

The below timeline applies to the Committed and Obsessed clubs, the Curious Club will be billed differently due to being able to customize your shipping frequency!
19th day
of the month
This is the beginning of the new club cycle - You will receive an email notification introducing our upcoming wines. You have one week to customize your selection, skip this month's shipment, change billing/shipping address, or let us know of any extreme weather conditions so we can prepare your shipment accordingly.
22nd day
of the month
You will receive a second (and final) reminder to customize your selection, skip this month's shipment, change billing/shipping address, or let us know of any extreme weather conditions so we can prepare your shipment accordingly.
26th day
of the month
We begin to bill our CULTmembers. It is important to have all your membership information up to date before this day so we can get your shipment to you on time. Faster shipping equals more time for you to drink your wine!
Last day
of the month
Our shipments have been finalized (can't be changed) and all wine is shipped to you! You will also receive a tracking number and delivery date. The countdown to your delicious wine begins. Shipping takes place in temperature controlled environments to protect the quality of your wine.
First week
of new month
Your wine is delivered. We will send an email to everyone to make sure the wine has arrived, it tastes delicious, and if you want more ;) Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied- if you are unhappy, we will go out of our way to fix any issue there might be.

REMEMBER- All members must be 21+ and anyone
receiving the wine (at your home or office) must also be 21+.
You can always skip a month any time, free of charge and cancel without a penalty. Simply reach out to us over email or by phone and we'll suspend or cancel your account. Members who do cancel and wish to rejoin must apply again for the waitlist.
