Fermentation/Winemaking - crafted in Napa, California from abase of Pinot Noir. Samantha adds Napa-distilled brandy to fortify, along with fresh, local, organic blood orange peels, black pepper, hibiscus, Angelica, rose hips and black cardamom. A small amount of organic sugar is added for balance and a judicious amount of sulfur, jus tbefore bottling. There are no additives, flavorings or dyes.
